Support Makes the Difference
Research shows that young adults rely on their parents and families for emotional and, often times, financial support until they are 26. Fostering Success and Significance walks alongside former foster youth who may not have this kind of support. For over a decade, we have helped our students navigate their college years with financial, emotional, and educational aid which greatly increases their ability to graduate.
Alumni Success Stories
Our Program Coordinator, Steffanie, is a former FSS student. She graduated from our program and has now come full circle and giving back to foster/former foster youth.
Moises has been helping out FSS with tech and is one of our current students. He hopes to one day become an advocate and help foster youth navigate through life back in his home town.
Michael is a new student with FSS. He will be paired with an advocate this fall.
