Here at FSS our goal is to intentionally partner exceptional college students with passionate mentors. Our team of mentors are caring professionals who offer support and encouragement to young people through their college journey.
As a mentor, you have the unique opportunity to partner with amazing students during their college years. It’s not about just showing them the way, it's more that you get to walk with them and provide support and encouragement during a time they might not have any. As a mentor, your life experience and your commitment with our students is key.

What to Expect
Each mentor/student relationship is unique.
A mentor can expect to:
Meet with their student on a monthly basis and communicate via text, email and phone call.
Participate in quarterly FSS activities such as Mentor Dinners and group socials.
Receive training and support from the FSS team.
Be inspired by their student.
